bitty said the other day, it's really annoying to have to root for the Yankees to win, and (as I said) even more annoying when they pick those particular games to lose.
But now, just to complicate matters, they've lost just enough games that one starts to contemplate possibilities that really, in the interests of eventual mental health, should not be contemplated. What to do?
