rscApparently, every Red Sox game I attend this year will be started by Jon Lester. Well, that probably won't happen, but it has been the case so far. This is not altogether a good thing.
But that's not what inspired me to post. While the flu-ridden Red Sox were ending their winning streak, the Tigers clobbered the Texas Rangers 19-6, the highlight being an 11-run sixth inning. The AP report on the game (as quoted on the ESPN web site) contains the following:

Watch out for the Tigers on April 23, 2012.
